First Time Client? Click the blue “Next” button (upper right). At the bottom of the popup window you’ll see, “Need an account? Register Now” Click on “Register Now” and enter your email address to start creating an account.

When creating an account – If you input “Additional Emails” that email address will receive all notifications in addition to yourself. If you fill out “Email Recipient for Invoicing” they will only receive your invoices. The main account member will receive all notifications and invoices.

Booking a Session:

  • Click the “Next” button (upper right)
  • A pop-up window will appear. If you don’t see it, scroll down.
  • Enter email and password
  • Click “Next” on the Location
  • Click “Next” on Staff
  • Chose “New Client Video Session
  • Days with availability will be highlighted in green. Click a date on the calendar and then click the box next to a time slot.
  • Click the “Next” button (upper right)
  • Make sure info is correct and hit the “Save” button (upper right)

A “Thank You!” message will pop up. You will also receive a confirmation email. If you do not see this message then the session did not properly save. Please review the steps above and try again.

Making an appointment for someone else? First register the person you are making appointments for, such as an employer or child. Then you can register your own account using your name, email, and password and notify us of whose account you’d like to manage. We may then manage that account by Logging In using your email and password.
